3. i haven't had to chance to test the speed limit due to the FPS maximum limit, but there is a high chance i woulnd't like it, since whenever [U]-AC or whichever AC introduced the speed limit in around 2015 really fucked up my style
2. no reason for the limit to be 100, cars start braking on their own at 150+ fps when you release the gas, but that's not relevant in a DM server. it doesn't make sense to play with FPS lower than your monitors refresh rate for no reason (unless you don't wanna see your enemies bullets)

I agree that: 1. fps limit is pointless; 2. ability to use cars in the server doesn't make any sense; 3. antisprint system is completely garbage
