Scientific explanation about this "bug"? What triggers this "glitch" because it seems VERY fishy. Turkish players have been known for being filthy cheaters in the SAMP community.

Most turkish players are definitely known for using cheats, thats right, I haven't been cool with any except a few of them. But you aren't the right person to talk about cheaters since u are the most known cheating spanish cockroach this game has ever had after zone.
