Lol pamaj that's weapon.dat with modified weapon ranges, lower any weapon range and bullets will magically stop a bit before your skin /or also totally miss, add timer and you get werner, make it disable itself when you aim and you can even record with spas

well I think that explains a lot. Even if I don’t want to accuse him of cheating, in each one of his videos theres always something strange that never happens to any other player but he continues to claim it’s just a glitch.
